Logged-In Two Years Ago Today
Today is the 2-year anniversary of my China adoption log-in date. I guess that means that two years have passed very quickly, but it also seems that I've been waiting for my Caroline for such a long time. I'm still trying to maintain a positive attitude and praying that Caroline will come in the form of a waiting child in the next few months....but I'll leave it in God's hands, because He knows who and where she is.

I'm an educator, was/am a CHI client, and was logged in 5/19/06. I rec'd a referral for a waiting child - 7 y/o little girl -- last May and came home from China in Sept., '08. Keep your chin up. I began to pray that I'd find my daughter on a waiting child list, too. I also know the feeling of "oh my...this could be her"....only to have it turn out not to be. This is part of the toughness of international adoption. We can all relate. You're normal.
